Situated adjacent to Ashcombe reception office and shop, Beaver Cottage is approximately 500 yards from the indoor swimming pool at Woodhouse Farm. There is a small garden in front and a large lawn behind.

The ground floor has a living/dinning-room with wooden floors and a patio garden door and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The first floor had two double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and a spacious bathroom/W.C. with over bath shower and bidet.
