Nut Tree Farm - sleeps 27. Friday to Friday
New Two traditional Devon buildings, a delightful south facing barn and a spacious farmhouse, have been joined with a new dining room to create a luxurious 26 to 27 bed cottage complex close to the Ashcombe indoor heated pool and the Ashcombe Adventure Centre. Nut Tree Farm makes an ideal holiday let for more than one family sharing. Entry to the barn is at two levels, the first floor having two double bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower (wet) rooms/W.C.s. The ground floor has one double room and two twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower (wet) rooms/W.C.s - one also equipped for disabled. At the west end of the ground floor a comfortable 18 x 18ft lounge connects to a large dining room seating 26 at three oak tables and this joins on to a modern oak kitchen and a similar 18 x 18ft lounge in the old farmhouse leading to a utility room complete with a computer. Passing through the farmhouse front porch a door opens left into an enormous double bedroom (with an extra bed), leading to a passage with a single bedroom at one end and a shower room/W.C. Opposite. The passage continues to the back door where there is a downstairs cloakroom/W.C. Also accessible from the lounge. From the front porch a wide flight of stairs leads to a second passage on the first floor with another large double bedroom, and a twin bedroom to the left with an adjoining shower room/W.C. To the right there are two twin bedrooms with a bathroom opposite and a separate W.C. A door, which doubles as a fire escape, leads to the lawn outside. The floors are either richly carpeted or finished in oak.
Nut Tree Farm has two enclosed lawns, one with a shady walnut tree and the other with a 12ft x 24ft heated swimming pool. There is a games room in an adjacent building and a large car park opposite.
